RUCTION gALE OF At the request of the Mortgagee, and under the conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, — NEWTON KING H AS been instructed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth (acting under the powers conferred upon him by "The Land Transfer Act, 1908," to sell by public auction at his mart, Devon-street, New Plymouth, on SATURDAY, the 13th day of May, 1911, at two o'clock in the afternoon, the estate and interest of the lessee in t'he following lands;™ Firstly—That piece of land situate near Okato, containing 150 acres, ' being subdivision Bof Section 4, Block 10, Cape Survey District, the Lease of which expires on the first day of November, 1918. Secondty —That piece of land adjoining the said Subdivision 8, being Subdivision 9 of Section 4, Block 10, Cape Survey District, containing 100 acres, the Lease of which expires on the Ist day of November, 1921.
