> Tiie well-known Hud Post Furnishing Company, which has its showrooms and factory in Devon Street East, lias been reconstructed. Mr. J. H. Parker has bought Mr. J. Smyth's interest in the business, Mr. Smyth intending to return to England. Mr. J. Hayden will act as, managing director and Mr. Parker as financial director, The capital of the company is being largely mcfeased, and it is intended that all purchasing of stock shall be don? on a cash basis, and the company will .therefore be able to serve its customers on very good terms, especially cash customers, who will receive special consideration. The company's already large stock will be very largely augmented at an early date by supplies from England, and all old and new customers will receive the very best attention and consideration.
