CHILD DIES FROM BURNS. Wanganiii, Wednesday. A little girl named Ivy Dawson, 4% years of age, died at the hospital thU morning as tae result of having been seriously burned last evening through her clothes catching fire from a lighted candle. WAIRARAPA BOATING FATALITY. Wellington, Wednesday. The second victim of the Wairar'aps Lake boating fatality was Walter Rogers, a son of Mr. W. Rogers, of Pen* broke road, Stratford, and a nepfiew of the other victim. At the inquest the coroner gave praise to Laurie Donald, who was the means of saving the live* of Robert Pepperill and Leonard Rogers. . a WOMAN'S SUDDEN DEATH}/ Gisborne.
