DROWNED IN THE IIAUUOK. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Wednesday. WAIRARAPA BOATING FATALITY. Wellington, Wednesday. The second victim of the Wairar'aps Lake boating fatality was Walter Rogers, a son of Mr. W. Rogers, of Pen* broke road, Stratford, and a nepfiew of the other victim.
