At the Libera] caucus meeting the offer of the Opposition to vote supply in order to allow Sir Wilfrid Laurier to attend the Imperial Conference was debated. The caucus was sharply divided on the matter, and the meeting concluded without any decision having been reached.

The House of Representatives debated the free lising of agricultural implements and certain manufactured articles. It is not known when the Bill will reach the Senate. Every freedom in debate is allowed.
