THE MEXICAN REVOLT
FEDERAL REINFORCEMENTS MOVING. By cable.—Press Association. —Copyright Mexico City, April 30. Reports from El Paso and Chihuahua assert that a thousand Federal reinforcements are moving towards "Jauroz. Madero says that the movement of this force breaks the armistice. Madero telegraphed to President Diaz on the matter, and a reply was received that the Government knew nothing of it. Madero is unable to communicate with Chihuahua.
