Boyd, a publican at Nowra, was handling rum when the liglit came into contact with it and exploded, fatally injuring him. PALM SEED INDUSTRY. Received 2, 12.50 a.m. Melbourne, May 1. Auckland is gazetted plague-infected, but it is not intended to hamper shipping unduly.
