| COUNSEL FOR THE DEFENCE. . By Telegraph.—Press Association. ' Chris tchurch, Last Night. Sadler, who will appear at the criminal sessions of the Supreme Court opening 011 May 15, on the capital charge arising out of the death of the woman whose body was found in a lane off Cashelstreet, will be defended by Messrs T. G. Rußsell and M. Donnfeliy. Jack, who will be charged, with him, it is understood, will be defended by Messrs A. C. Hanlon (of Dunedin) and J. A. Cassidy.
