INGLEWOOD S.M. COURT

At the usual monthly sitting of the Inglewood Magistrate's Court judgment was given for plaintiff by default in the following cases:— E. E. Fairfax-Cholmeley v. H. Stockbridge, claim £ 1 4s, costs 7s; Hamerton and Son v. Wioletta Toilet Co., of Auckland, £ll 18s 3d, costs 16s; F. A. Hoskins v. J. H. Magee, 19s, costs 7s; W. G. Crozier v. Percy Horn, £3 10s, costs £1; W. Langman v. Ernest Ward, £G 12s Bd, costs £1 3s 6d; Thomas A. Sims v. A. Robertson, £6 15s, costs £1 3s Gd. Twenty cases were either adjourned, confessed, or struck out. On the information of the Inspector of Noxious Weeds, J. H. Demechy was fined 40s and costs 7s for failing to clear his Jand of blackberries.
