Devon-street, New Plymouth, on SATURDAY, the 13th day of May, 1911. at two o'clock in the afternoon, the estate and interest of the lessee in the following lands:— Firstly—That piece of land situate near Oka to, containing 150 acres, being subdivision 8 of Section 4, Block 10, Cape Survey District, the Lease of which expires on the first day of November, 1918. Secondly—That piece of land adjoining the said Subdivision 8, being Subdivision 9 of Section 4, Block 10, Cape Survey District, containing 160 acres, the Lease of which expires on the Ist day of November, 1921. Thirdly—That piece of land situate near Olcato containing 127 acres, being section 18 of Block 5, Cape Survey District, the Lease of which expires on the 21st day of Februarv, 1914,

These lands arc held under Leases from the Public Trustee under "The West Const Settlement Reserves Act, 1892," and have perpetual right of renewal for ternn of 21 years, with full compensation for improvements to tenants not desiring to renew. The value at which the mortgagee estimates the land to be sold may be seen at the office of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth.
