DEATH SENTENCE COMMUTED. By CaWe—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, April 27. The death sentenced passed on Senkovitch for the Bourke murder has been commuted to imprisonment for life. THE MOOLTAN. Sydney, April 27. ■ The Mooltan has been released from quarantine. Two passengers who refused to be vaccinated have to remain. CIVIL SERVANTS. Sydney, April 27. The State Government has decided to pay a minimum of £llO per annum to all adult members of the Civil Service. Unlike the Federal service, there is no three years' stipulation.
