Sydney, April 27. ■ The Mooltan has been released from quarantine. Two passengers who refused to be vaccinated have to remain. CIVIL SERVANTS. Sydney, April 27. The State Government has decided to pay a minimum of £llO per annum to all adult members of the Civil Service. Unlike the Federal service, there is no three years' stipulation.
