AUSTRALIAN ACTION CRITICISED. By cable—Press Association.—Copyright Ottawa, April 26. Rear-Admiral Kingsmill, at a bannuet in Halifax, alluded to the Australian action in providing a flag for the navy, and declared that Canada ought never to change the White Ensign. The flag showed that Britain and the dominions were one.
