The Western Federation of Miners is ready to levy five dollars assessment per memlier to provide a defence fund. The Union leaders declare that the charges against McNamara, who was arrested in connection with the Los Angeles dynamite outrage, are false. AN ENTANGLED SKEIN. Received 20, 12.5 a.m. New York, April 25. An Indianapolis report states that the Los Angeles district attorney, the antiunion employers' counsel, with his chauffeur, was arrested on a charge of kidnapping McNamara, the alleged dynamiter of the Los Angeles Times office. The proceedings were taken at the instigation of the Labor Party at Indianapolis.
