A DAZZLING PROPOSITION. Ry Cable.—Press Association.—Ooavrirfit Paris, April 21. The brokerage and banking business of Jacques Rivicrs has collapsed. It was based on an offer to clients of 1 per cent, inlerest daily if Riviera were entrusted with money for the purpose of Bourse operations. There is a deficiency of ,C 120,000. Rivicrs has absconded .and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
