INSURGENTS STILL ACTIVE. 3y Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Mexico City, Aprli 20. The rebels formally demanded the surrender of Juarez within twenty-four hours. The Federals did not relpy. The defences of the town are complete, and a stubborn fight is probable. A thousand Federal troops left Chihuahua, bound for the relief of Ojinaea, where the insurgents arc active. It is reported that a thousand rebels are preparing to attack Atlixco. A Federal force left Aguaprieta, intending to attack a band of revolutionists seen on the neighboring hills.
