Thirdly—That piece of land situate near Okato containing 127 acres, being section IS of Block 5, Cape Survey District, the Lease of which expires on the 21st day of February, 1914. These lands arc held under from the Public Trustee under "The" Vest Coast Settlement Reserves Act. 1892," and have perpetual right of renewal for, terms of 21 years, with full compensation for improvements to-teu-ants not desiring to renew. The value at which the mortgagee estimates the land "to be sold may be seen at the office of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth.
