Cold *. * and. changeable weather has been ex- \' t perienced generally. Present indications < t are for the development of a storm area ' * northward of New Plymouth and Napier, J \ with easterly winds, strong to gale, and * strong easterly and northerly winds elsewhere. Cloudy and unsettled weather is probable generally, with heavy Tain northward'-of Kawhia and East Cape, and rain may be expected in most parts of the country,, with a falling barometer everywhere. -
