Leaders of the Bulgarian inner organisation have come to an agreement with the Albanian Insurrectionary Committee to promote common action, and have sent many bombs and revolvers to Albania. Bulgarian bands are preparing for an active terrorist campaign against the Turks. Constantinople, April 17. Fighting continues at Tuzi. The Turks continue to hold the heights. A portion of the garrison joined the rebels. The Albanians rushed the Kastrati heights, and captured several guns. Turkish reinforcements have been despatched.
