AUSTRALIAN WHEAT YIELD
EXCEEDS THE ESTIMATES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 13, 1 a.m. Sydney, April 12. The actual wheat yield in the recent harvest was 27,790,000 bushels, an average of 13.09 bushels per acre. The yield is 250,000 bushels above the estimate, owing to the crops in the southern districts exceeding expectations.
