GREAT INCREASE IN VALUES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 11, 11 p.m. Sydney, April 11. The financial report presented to the City Council shows that Sydney's rateable property at the end of the year was valued at £52,142,000, an increase of £1,193,000 over the previous year. Revenue increased by over £35,000, and expenditure by £40,000. The city's electric lighting service yielded a net profit of £24,712.
