There are fears for the safety of a patrol of the North-West Mounted Police, which left Herschel Island within the Arctic circle in December, and has not been heard of since. THE YEMEN REVOLT. Constantinople, April 9. The rebels are shelling Elsajjeh, Yemen, with captured Turkish guns. Ten battalions have been dispatched to relieve the town.
