MR. WINSTON CHURCHILL'S PAROLE. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright Received 10, 1 a.m. London, April 9. Mr. Churchill has been awarded damages. for a slander by a Conservative named Workingman, who, at the Clayford mooting, accused Mr. Churchill of breaking his parole. An apology is now offered, with a promise not to repeat the slander.
