Considerable resentment is felt in Northern Portugal, owing to the Minister of Justice's declaration that- the separation of Church and State will be enforced in June. A MUTINY QUELLED. THE MILITARY CALLED OUT. Received 9, o p.m. Lisbon, April 5. The wages dispute resulted in a mutiny at Auspil, and the Municipal Guard was occupied in quelling it. The mutineers boarded the gunboat San Rafael, and asked the commander's protection, which was refused. They were sent ashore and arrested. The cruiser Adomastore has been sent to Oporto, equipped for war and carrying troops.
