_ .«. STARTING A WEEKLY PAPER. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Melbourne, April 6. The Baptist Congress Tesolved to start a weekly newspaper from January next, with the object of popularising the idea of Baptist federation. One speaker declared that the spawn of the Press was such to-day that they were under an obligation to counteract and overcome its vicious power. Another resolution approved of the adoption of the South Australian system for aged ministers' relief throughout the Commonwealth and New Zealand. j
