BITTER RATE WAR ENDED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 5, 1.10 a,m. Washington, April 4. The Trans-Pacific lines joined in the Trans-Pacific Tariff Bureau agree to restore the former rates on wheat and flour from North Pacific ports to Japan, China, and Manila. A bitter rate war has thus ended.
