A STEAMER CAPSIZES
CREW OF THIRTEEN DROWNED. By Cable —Press Association —Copyright. Received 27, 12.15 a.m. Ottawa, March 26. The steamer Sechelt capsized in a storm in Vancouver Island waters. Twenty-six laborers, passengers from Victoria, landed at intermediate ports, but the crew, numbering thirteen, perished.
