There is a good demand for choicest, which is scarce and selling at full rates. Then; is little demand for secondaries, which are tending downwards, and stocks anaccumulating. Cheese is Arm, New Zealand white and colored is , qfloted at 00s. v Wheat.—The market is flat on account of the weakness of AntericSn prices, which are mostly tending downwards. Chicago May wheat jb quoted at from 89y 2 to 00% cents. Australian cargoes are firmly held, 33s Od being asked for February-March shipments, and 39s Od for some parcels. There is slow trado for Australian spot, which is quoted at about 365. Flour.—The market is dull and unchanged. Oats.—Market quiet. La Plata March-April shipment is quoted at 13d j New Zealand spot 18s to 20s Cd. Copper.—On the spot, £54. 14s 3d; at three months, £55 7s Cd; electrolytic, £57 5s Od. Tin—On the spot, £lB2 ss; at three month*, £lßl las. Lead, £l3 Is 3d. Spelter, 28s. Sugar.—German, 10s Od; first marks, 12s Od. Wool.—Bradford wool sales are firm.
