Tin' Trades ami Labor Council \fill present a pel it ion to the Mayor tomorrow for a poll on the question of 1 In* weekly half-holiday, with a view to having Saturday adopted. Over seven thousand persons have signed the petition, which is considerably in excess of the number required by law to ensure the poll.
