MATCHES IN OTHER CENTRES. Wellington, Monday. East A v. Central A: East scored 164 (McGill 33); Central, first innings, 173, second innings, five for 102 (Naughton 30, Laws 25 not out). East B v. Central B: East 200 (Johnston 50, Crombie 47, Goldfinch 44 not out); Central B, first innings, 117, second innings, 116 for eight wickets (Patterson 41, Schlandt 29). North v. South? North,, first innings, 139 (Blacklock 36, Twphill 30); South, first innings 160, second 64. Hutt v. Victoria College: Hutt, first innings, 312 (Brice 63, Staples 52, Judd 50, P* oher 29 not out); Victoria College, 27 for five wickets. The competitions will probably be concluded next Saturday. Auckland, Monday. The tenth round of the Auckland Cricket Association's district championship matches was played in perfect weather on Saturday. In the senior matches Parnell, playing against Graf' ton, made 211 (Andraea 28, Anthony 62, Cars 54). Grafton made 18 for on* wicket. Ponsonby, playing against University, made 179 (Woods 59, Gavin 351. Wilson retired hurt when he had made '25. Mulgan took three wickets for 7 - runs, arid performed the "hat trick." Eden, playing against North Shore, made 115 (Hemus 26, Brooke-Smith 24). A. M. Howden took five wickets for 39 runs, and Hadden four for 45. North. Shore made 73 for two wickets (Bush 25, Farquharson 25' not out). Dunedin, Mondax. The weather was beautifully fine wnen cricket matches started on Saturday, but a heavy shower fell during the afternoon. Grange met Carisbrook and put on 315 for seven wickets (L. Chadwick 121, Wright 40 not out). Dunedin made 274 against Opoho (Mackersey 62 not out, Graham 43). Opoho made four for no wickets. Albion compiled 120 against Carisbrook (B. Baker 30). The latter made 122 for five wicketa (Austin 70 not out).
