ANGRY EXCHANGE OF COMPLIMENTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 19, 5 p.m. Ottawa, March 18. A lively scene was enacted in Parliament when Mr. Glen Campbell was accused of not having acted in the interests of the country in seeking influence in the Lands Department. He called Dr. Nccley a liar. Uproar followed, and the deputySpeaker was unable to restore order fo% some time. Members asserted that the accusation ought to be withdrawn before the retort.
