ALLEGED MISAPPROPRIATION. /By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. > .7ohn Aloysins Campbell, teller in the liank of Australasia, was taken into custody to-day by Detectives Hammond and Kemp, on three charges of theft of .£3OO Is 7d, the property of the Bank, at Dimedin. Campbell was recently transferred from Diinediit to Otaki. The informations charge him with the theft of .€137 2s lOd and £l4O 13s .id in November. 1!I()K, and of .C7C 5s 4d in -lanuary last.
