AN UNCONFIRMED REPORT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Thursday Island, March 14. The raft used by Mr. Staniforth Smith's party to ascend the Puarari river is reported to have been found. The report needs confirmation, but if true it will diminish the hope of the safety of the explorers.
