AMERICANS PREDOMINATE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 15, 12.10 a.m. Ottawa, March 14. Immigration during nine months of the current fiscal year totalled 253,000. Figures show that 96,000 Britishers arrived, and 97,000 Americans. The remainder were Europeans and non-Brit-ishers.
