LAST YEAR'S FIGURES. By Cable—Press Association—Copvricht. London, March 8. In MO the total number of Government assisted emigrants to Australia was 12,304, and nominated 8507. Of these 0337 were men, 7202 women, and 5272 children. Of the number liOHi went to Queensland. 5272 to Xew So.rJi Wales, 5023 to South Austral hj, and 3000 to Victoria.
