Mr. McKenna, First Lord of the Admiralty, replying to Mr. Robert liarcourt, said that Germany in the spring of 1913 would have 17 Dreadnoughts delivered, and, assuming the ships for the 1011-12 programme to he delivered within three years after authorisation, she would have 21 Dreadnoughts in the spring of 1014.
