A VERDICT FOR PLAINTIFF. By Cable —Press Association— Copyright. London, March 7. In the Madagascar concessions case the jury found that the judicial separation between Mr. and Mrs. Home was a ruse to evade liability, and gave a verdict for plaintiff for the amount claimed. Judgment was reserved on a legal point.
