PRINTING STAMPS

Mr. Ilobhouse, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, in the I'lousc of Commons detailed the arrangements which have been made for printing postage stamps at the Mint, thus saving £40,000 annually. lie also suggested that the colonics should utilise the Mint for having stamps printed.
