The final lor the Watkiason Shield at Christchurch was won by the Christchurch Defence Club team with 481, a record score for the shield. Captain E. F. Sandford (son of Major Sandford,J of New Plymouth) was top scorer with 101. The same team will be competing 1 at Trentham. "
