GIRL BRIDE'S DESERTING HUSBAND By Telsgroph.—Prem Awocraiwn. Invercargill, Last Night In the divorce suit Marjorie Mabel Sutherland v. Robert Sutherland, wife's petition, on the ground of' desertion, a decree nisi was granted. Evidence in this case was to the effect that petitioner had married respondent at Waikaia in 1001 when she was 15 years old, but in 1905 he had left the district, and that she had not seen him since.
