DRINKING DENS
A PROGRESSIVE MEASURE. By Cable—Press Association—Couy right. London, February 28. Lord Lambington has introduced a Bill in the House of Lords enabling publichouses to be made social resorts instead of drinking dens, by means of games and music. The Bill also provides for chairs replacing the present bars.
