SOUTH SIBERIAN RAILWAYS
TO COST £15,000,000. By Cable— Presg Association—Copyright. St. Petersburg, February 26. The Government is going to build a southern Siberian railway along the Urals to Orenburg, Akmolinsk, and Scmipalatinsk. It will cost £15,000,000.
