In the Army debate in the Skupstchina concerning Krupp's securing a contract for mounting guns, notwithstanding that the Vickers-Maxim Company submitted a lower tender, Colonel Goikoviteh, Minister of War, inadvertently mentioned the name of Herr Reichenau, German Minister at Belgrade, indicating that the lattcr's brother was personally interested. Herr Reichenau asked for an explanation, which Colonel Goikoviteh tendered, but Herr Reichenau is not satisfied. Meanwhile Colonel Goikoviteh has resigned, and it is expected that the whole Cabinet will do likewise.
