TOE KILLING OF MRS. CASH. PLEA OF INSANITY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The trial of Albert Alfred Cash, who is charged with the murder of his wife Charlotte Sarah Cash at Parakae, neai Helensville, on December 20th last, was continued on Saturday before His Honor Mr. Justice Cooper and a jury. The case for the prosecution closed at C o'clock, and when the court resumed after dinner Mr McVeigh opened for the defence, which is on the grounds of phthsieal insanity. The case will be re> sinned on Monday morning. The jury was locked up at the Star Hotel.
