WELCOME HOME. By Telegraph.—Press Association.,- • Bluff, Last Night. Sir Joseph Ward on arriving at tlio Bluff yesterday, was welcomed home by the Mayor and councillors. In the evening he was entertained at a public conversazione, and presented with an autograph album containing the names of all present. His reception was enthusiastic and speeches made conveyed the pride of the electors in their 'representative, and all confidence in the administration led by him, also confidence in his ability to worthily uphold the honor of the Dominion, at the Imperial Conference.
