STILL ANOTHER STRIKE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 17, 1.15 a.m. Melbourne, February 10. Implement trade workers have struck, objecting to work alongside non-union-ists. Two thousand are affected. The masters arc firm, and a grim fight is anticipated. THE NEW GUINEA WRECK. Received 10, 11.25 p.m. Sydney, February lfl. Several of the New Guinea's crew have arrived. They state that when the steamer' struck she almost ripped her bottom out, and it was quickly apparent that she was doomed. Great difficulty was experienced in lowering the boats, owing to the heavy swell, and heavy rain and fog added to the discomfort. Exposure severely affected some of the crew.
