OVERSEA VISITORS BY THOUSANDS. By Cable.—Press Association.— Copyright • London, February 14. It is expected that two hundred thousand visitors from the oversea dominions, America and Europe will visit Londond for the Coronation. It is understood that the Czar will attend the naval review at Spithead. COLONL\L TROOPS. London, February 14. Tie Manchester Guardian says that the Commonwealth is reconsidering its rather hasty decision not to send troops to the Coronation. Seeing that New Zealand, Canada, and South Africa are to be represented, Australia cannot well abstain. The Guardian expects a contingent of 500 will be senti SYDNEY UNREPRESENTED. Sydney, February 15. The City Council negatived a resolution that the Lord Mayor should represent the citizens at the Coronation. FEDERAL MEMBERS HONORED. Melbourne, February 15. The Federal members of Parliament attending the Coronation will have reserved seats at Westminster Abbey. NO AUSTRALIAN TROOPS. Received 16, 12.40 a.m. Melbourne, February 15. The Minister of Defence states there will be no re-opening of the original question of sending troops to the Coronation, although suggestions will be considered. NO NiAV ZEALAND TROOPS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. It is officially announced tnat New Zealand will not send any troops to the Coronation. AN ALTERNATIVE SCHEME. Wellington, Last Night. The Premier says that if a voluntary contingent of New Zealand Territorials is prepared to go to London for the Coronation, it will be given consideration by the liovernment, and probably favorably.
