The Rarawa had a particularly rough trip' down from Onehunga yesterday morning, it being, in the opinion of the officers, the roughest ever experienced by the vessel, The sea was running mountains high and the deck was covered with water during the greater part of tie trip. No serious damage was done, though some of the deck fittings were somewhat knoftKed about. The Rarawa had on board 118 tons of cargo, including 40 tons of cement, 5 tons of flour, 9 tons of maize, and 110 cases of fruit. Three i horses were also brought down. The Rosamond has, never had a reputation of being a *'ilyer," and her last performance will not ajl'ect that reputation. She left New Plymouth oji Saturday at four o'clock and arrived in Wellington at tvo-o'clock yesterday.
