Noel and Delatorre, after completing an ■ hour's flight in the new military machine at Ardennes, were descending in a volplane when the balancing bearings dropped off, and the machine fell with a rush, and overturned. The aviators were horribly crushed beneath the motor. Noel was killed instantly, and Delatorre died two minutes later.
