NEW ZEALAND HUGBY UNION. By Telegraph.--Truss Association. Wellington, Last Night. The management committee of the New Zealand Kugby Union met this evening. In regard to the Auckland v. Hawke's Bay challenge match, it was decided that the Hawke's Bay Union be informed that as the match was an ordinary challenge match they have no claim 011 the Auckland Union for any portion or the takings. It was decided, after a long discussion in committee, "That the Wellington Rugby Union be asked what steps have been taken in the matter of alleged rough play in the Petone v. Athletio match, played in the second round last season, and to forward a copy of any evidence taken. The Wellington Rugby Union ""notified that W. Wilson Had been disqualified during the pleasure of the committee for refusing to answer questions at an enquiry. The suspension was made general.
