CANNIBALISM IN THE ISLANDS

Reports from the Admiralty Islands show that tribal feudß and cannibalism are rampant. Mountain tribes make frequent attacks on coastal villages, and numbers are killed and eaten. The German Government has adopted punitive measures to prevent a recurrence of the outrages.
