RIFLE SHOOTING
OKATO CLUB. But a few members of the club put in an appearance at the local range on Saturday. The prevailing weather conditions were decidedly unfavorable to good shooting, the windage varying as much as from eight to fifteen degrees at 500 and GOO yards. Rifleman Hart's score of 95 (33, 32, 30) was, under the circumstances, a very creditable performance. Other scores were:— Rfm. Grover 31 32 30 03 Rfm. Thomas 30 32 29 91 Rfm. Mace 28 31 21 80 Rfm. Bourke 30 25 24 79 As a sequel to the married v. single matches, iired some time ago, there is now on view in Mr. Fox's window a handsome cup, presented for competition by the married men of the club.
